Shipping

Shipping in the US, International shipping is unavailable currently, Items are sent at a fixed rate determined by weight, Orders originate from Central California, arriving in 5 to 10 business days.

Processing Time

Custom-made press on orders will commence upon receiving the order. Shipping will occur within 5 to 7 business days. The painting process will depend on order volume and design intricacy. Once production is finished, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Return and Exchanges

We do not accept returns and exchanges on any products. 

Cancellations

Requests for cancellation are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. A 20% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@kaebellanails.com.
